Our Technicians have many years of experience and training in all types of Caterpillar
® and Non-Cat Products including Marine, Electric Power and Industrial Power Systems, including Control Panels and Switchgear.
Toromont is also committed to providing our customers with the latest equipment and tooling to provide prompt and economical service. For example, Toromont has over 3,000 kW of portable loadbanks so that we can bring all of the service capabilities to our customers.
Toromont’s Industrial Product Support Team has developed extensive and cost effective Preventative Maintenance Programs to help ensure the long-term reliability of our customers’ equipment. Services that include Predictive and Preventative Maintenance programs, Load Testing, and Meggar Testing allow us to keep our Electric Power customer’s operating costs and downtime to a minimum. Our Marine customers can benefit from our Marine PAR testing program from our Cat
® Certified Marine Analysts.
For our Aggregate and Construction customers, Toromont offers a Gen-Par Program to help ensure your gen-sets and crusher power will provide reliable power for the approaching season. Our Product Support Team is also prepared to assist our customers with their engine overhaul and generator repair needs for any make or model. Whether the equipment is delivered to our facilities or we service it in the field with one of our Field Service Technicians, we offer competitive and reliable repairs. We offer several repair options to ensure the repairs are done to your satisfaction in the most cost effective manner. The extent of new and exchange parts offered through Toromont and Caterpillar sets us apart from the competition. We can even provide an industryleading warranty with coverage up to 4 years/8,000 hours on overhauled equipment.
